Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation by the tenant:

1.1. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee.

1.2. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, 30% of the total amount is refunded.

1.3. In case of early departure or non-appearance, no refund will be made.

Two. Cancellation by the owner:

2.1. In case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking. The full amount paid shall be refunded in this case.

2.2. The landlord is not responsible for losses, costs or inconveniences that arise from the landlord due to cancellation.
